My Lil Girl Precious I always look online at petfinder.com. One day I was looking at a website and I ran across this pitiful-looking dog. It nearly made me cry and sick to my stomach. I could not imagine someone as beautiful as "Precious" being put to sleep or even left for dead on the street trying to find shelter and food. So I was the first person to get to the shelter that morning. When I first saw her she looked a fright;I almost could not believe my eyes. She is part Yorkie and Schnauzer and only weighed 5-7 pounds. So, I took her home and gave her a couple of baths.

I could not remove the stink of

her unfortunate past from her. Finally, she smelled fine after washing her at least five times. Now, she is very healthy and lives with her mommy and daddy and two brothers. She pretty much runs the household. She took to us like we had her since birth. I wish I knew her real name, but I could not have picked a better name than Precious Marie Allemand. She is always getting groomed. We take her to the veterinarian for shots and heartworm medicine. We would not neglect this beautiful angel ever again.
