Just a little bit of company

I have never lived on my own before and currently my husband and I live apart while he is serving with the United States Air Force. I have my own apartment but it lacked company and was often quite lonely. My mom came to Muncie to spend the night with me when we decided to go to PetSmart just to "look" at the animals. We are cat people and I saw one that caught my eye. He was the only full-grown cat there at the time and I knew when he reached his paw through the cage to me that I just had to have him. I did not expect to get one that night... I didn't even have money with me. So after promising the cat we would be right back, my mom and I ran back to my apartment to get my money. Before you know it I was bringing Max home. He is the sweetest cat I have ever had. He sleeps with me every night, and when he can't sleep he brings his toy all the way up the stairs and into bed with me. He is a great cat and great company. I feel so grateful to have found such a good friend and companion. I urge anyone who can provide loving home to adopt an animal because it have been such a rewarding experience. Max has now been home for two months now and loving it.
