Max
December 31, 2011
The first time I saw Max at the PetSmart Charities® Adoption Center, he was sleeping on a box and I thought he was so cute. He is all black with a little bit of grey on his eyebrows. He looked so peaceful all curled up.
I went every day to see who I bonded with and every day, Max came over to look at me. I would talk to him through the holes in the glass and tell him I was coming to visit him on Saturday. That was the day when the adoption organization representatives would be there. When we had our meet and greet, he lightly head butted me and then sat on my lap and I knew that he was the one!
Max is the best thing that has ever happened to me. He is all love! He makes me laugh when he plays with his toys. I know he knows he's funny. He brings life and joy to my home.
He acts more like a dog than a cat! He comes when I call him, fetches toys and brings them back to me and sleeps all night long. I have taught him many tricks and he continues to want to learn.
I'm grateful to Orange County Animal Rescue for doing such a great job in preparing him for his forever home! He's a wonderful cat.
