Squirt
Squirt is a 31/2-month-old Shepherd mix puppy. Sweet, energetic and happy. Squirt was a 3-month-old skinny, starving little boy when he found his way to the doorstep of a family who lives in our county. He had been abandoned and he was so very hungry! The people didn’t want him, so they didn’t give him any food or water for a week in the hope that he would leave (where would he go?). They finally called Cheryl at the Dearborn County animal shelter, and she came and got him right away. The girls at the shelter had him fattened up in no time he was a little piggy eating out of their hands.

Squirt was adopted within 48 hours of arriving at the WHS by Jamie and now shares his big heart with Zoe, her lady dog.
