Adoption Partnership
Local animal welfare organizations that sign-up to become a PetSmart Charities® Adoption Partner bring their homeless pets to Adoption Centers located inside PetSmart® stores to help find them loving homes.

Becoming a PetSmart Charities Adoption Partner is a proven way to save more lives. Benefits of becoming an Adoption Partner include:

• Pets will be seen by thousands of PetSmart customers every week
• Pets are showcased in a well-equipped, in-store PetSmart Charities Adoption Center
• Cats can stay seven days a week to free up space in your shelter
• Adoption Partners earn Adoption Rewards funds simply by doing what you do best—saving the lives of homeless pets

PetSmart Charities grants Adoption Rewards monies to our Adoption Partners for each pet that they adopt out of the in-store PetSmart Charities Adoption Centers to offset their operating expenses.
