The following highlights some of the grants we've awarded.
IndyFeral Receives $100,000 Grant from PetSmart Charities® - IndyFeral, an Indianapolis-based non profit, received a $100,000 grant from PetSmart Charities® in May of 2011 to launch a cat initiative in collaboration with the FACE Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic, to reduce cat overpopulation in Indianapolis.
Pueblo Animal Services Aims to "Round Up and Fix" 1,004 Cats with help from PetSmart Charities® Grant - Made possible by a generous grant from PetSmart Charities®, as well as generous donations from the Animal Assistance Foundation, Friends of the Pueblo Animal Shelter and other supportive donors, the shelter is looking to “round up and fix” 1,004 cats by the end of 2012.
Heartland Pet Welfare and the Humane Society of Carroll County Receive $15,600 Grant from PetSmart Charities® to Sterilize 348 Free-roaming Cats - Heartland Pet Welfare and the Humane Society of Carroll County have jointly received a $15,600 grant from PetSmart Charities® in support of a high-impact cat sterilization project.
Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League Receives $100,000 Grant from PetSmart Charities® to Spay and Neuter More than 2,000 Cats - Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League recently received a $100,000 grant from PetSmart Charities® to significantly increase the number of spay and neuter surgeries for cats over the next two years.
PetSmart Charities® Awards Baldwin County Humane Society $55,000 Grant - Thanks to a $55,000 grant from PetSmart Charities®, the Baldwin County Humane Society (BARC!) is offering low-cost spay/neuter for any pet living in the 36507 zip code.
