Beatrix
This little Cairn terrier /Poodle mix came from a puppy mill and rode the Rescue Waggin’ from Nebraska to the Humane Society of Boulder Valley. There an employee, Kaitlyn, took her home to foster because Beatrix had come from a puppy mill and was so scared.
“She was so terrified of everything at first…wouldn’t
eat or drink…it took 36 hours to get her settled in. Soon
my dog Toby started playing with her and my cat began to groom her
- so I knew she was going to stay! She is now the silly clown in
our family, cooling off in the water bowl or playing chase until
she is out of breath. I am completely in love with her!
