Kaimana
Shawna and Jonathan knew the Aussie/Border Collie mix who
rode the Rescue Waggin’ to a nearby shelter was meant to be theirs
when he met their two dogs and bonded almost immediately. They gave him
the Hawaiian name Kaimana, meaning ‘Spirit Force of the Ocean,'
because he loves to swim! His weak legs have grown stronger, and with
the good food and supplements they give him he has fully recovered from
a rough life on the streets.
