Spay/Neuter Clinic Human Resources Manual
Both new and experienced clinic directors have expressed an overwhelming need to learn more about employee and management issues. This manual is in answer to that need. The first step in this process was to interview experienced directors on their current employee/management and human resources issues. A survey was developed to determine more specifically the immediate needs and thirty-five directors were surveyed in the process. This valuable information was utilized to identify the topics covered, including staffing, retention, compensation, performance management, legal issues, and policy administration.
