Precious Not Parents is part of PetSmart Charities™ spay/neuter blitz grants, which fund month-long national campaigns. They're aimed at saving the lives of pets with the highest risk of being euthanized because of overpopulation: cats, kittens, puppies and pit bull terriers. Animal welfare organizations across the United States and Canada participate, and they receive grants to subsidize spay/neuter surgeries for the public.
